3 Power Foods That All Yogis Should Eat

There are always new power foods hitting the market, and while eating raw, organic foods straight from your own garden is still the most sure-fire way to steer clear of GMOs and pesticides, as well as keeping your Pineal gland open so that you can avoid calcification, and avoid deterring enlightenment, the following are some power foods for yogis.
